I have received excellent customer service from the Cenelec LTD Team when integrating the new Qlik database on CATS Terminal and also any follow ups are met with a quick and detailed response. The Inspectors who attend CATS Terminal to carry out our Close Inspection campaign are always prompt, diligent and friendly. I have a good working relationship with the Inspectors and the Cenelec LTD organisation which also includes technical support if required.

CSI have been our preferred training provide for the last 3 years. Their help, support and guidance throughout has been invaluable. Cenelec have just completed a large project for me where they undertook a number of new inspections. They were very efficient and worked around the numerous different contractors at each stage of construction. The Cenelec staff are easy to get on with which helps greatly on a large site. APT have used Cenelec to complete their Hazardous area inspections for over 20 years, they have always provided an excellent service with knowledgeable Inspectors working alongside our own Compex trained Technicians.The ‘online’ customer Portal provides an excellent record of all the ATEX equipment installed across the site, as well as tracking defects and repairs from the ongoing inspections.
